It was just at the tail end of the afternoon rush hour, about 6.30 pm, and in the eight or nine minutes I stood on the bridge, watching, I saw exactly two cars come down the HOV lane. Makes me wonder if anyone has ever calculated how much of the lane's cost of installation and operation (they have to pay somebody to make sure the entrance gates open and close properly up and down the length of the lane) can be apportioned to each actual use of the lane.Passepartout22https://www.blogger.com/profile/10580009445741758399noreply@blogger.com
